Verónica Duque approached an anatomy class in a very creative way. She wore a special, form-fitting suit with all the organs drawn on it. The teacher says she has been working in schools for over 15 years and that, over time, she learned not to teach science in a dry way, but to combine it with art and other disciplines.
She does everything she can to make children enjoy learning new content. From the beginning, she understood that it’s difficult for students to form a clear idea of human physiology just by looking at a picture, so she came up with this creative solution.
Her husband decided to post some photos of the modern teacher on social media. They quickly spread across the Internet and went viral, gathering a huge number of likes and comments.
In addition, Verónica Duque also uses costumes in history classes. And in foreign language lessons, she creates “grammatical kingdoms” with boxes. She wants society to change its perception of teachers and for her colleagues to stop being lazy.
